Open the cap of the bottle and remove the seal. Insert the spray applicator and securely screw it onto the bottle. Aim the applicator towards the grey area, holding it 4-6 cm away from the scalp. Press the applicator 5-6 times to release approximately 1 ml of the solution (each spray releases around 0.2 ml). Use your fingertips to evenly spread the solution, ensuring it covers all the grey areas.
